At Vroom Leasing, we offer all types of motorcycles for rent, including scooters, sport bikes, adventure bikes and cruisers.

We charge a security deposit that is refunded to you, upon return of vehicle in original condition.
What are your operating hours for rental pick-up and drop-off?
We operate 24 hours daily. For rental pick-up and drop-off, it will be according to the date and time you book online.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up services?
Yes we do.

Delivery (Two-Way): $100.00
Can another person ride the motorcycle I have rented?
No, only the person who rented the motorcycle should ride the bike.
Eligibility & Requirements
What are the minimum age and driving license requirements to rent a motorcycle?
To rent a motorcycle from Vroom Leasing, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Singapore motorcycle license, and provide a valid photo ID with proof of address.
Can foreigners rent a motorcycle in Singapore?
Yes, we accept valid foreign driving licenses. However, you may need to provide additional documentation, such as an International Driving Permit (IDP), depending on your country of origin.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow, PayLah, GrabPay.
Choosing A Motorcycle
How do I know which motorcycle model is suitable for me?
Our staff at Vroom Leasing will be happy to assist you in choosing a suitable motorcycle model based on your riding experience, height, and preferences.
Are your motorcycles regularly maintained?
Yes, our motorcycles are regularly serviced and maintained to ensure they are in good working condition. We also conduct regular safety inspections.
Can I view the motorcycles before booking?

Do you provide helmets and phone holder?
You may opt to rent helmets ($60 for 2 helmets) and phone holder ($25) when booking your motorcycle online.
Rental Procedure
How do I book a motorcycle rental?
You can book a motorcycle rental through our website at https://vroomleasing.com.sg/listing by selecting your preferred motorcycle model, rental dates, and providing your personal details.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone or email to make a booking.
Our rental periods range from daily to monthly, with rates varying depending on the motorcycle model and rental duration. Please see our website for the latest rates and promotions.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, minimum rental period is 3 days.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental subject to availability. Please let us know in advance.
If you are registered with us, you may login your account to extend your booking and make payment conveniently.
How far in advance should I book a motorcycle?
While we often have bikes available for last-minute rentals, we recommend booking in advance to reserve the specific model you want.
Cancellations by the Renter
For any cancellations, deposit will be forfeited.
In addition:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for full refund of the rental fee, less any non-refundable booking fees (if applicable), subject to an administrative charge of 5% of the rental fee.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a 50% refund of the rental fee, less any non-refundable booking fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time or no shows will not be eligible for a refund of the rental fee.
The full rental fee will be forfeited.
Accidents & Support
What should I do if the motorcycle breaks down? Who do I contact?
If you encounter any issues with the motorcycle, please contact us immediately.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and motorcycle towing services to ensure your safety and convenience.
Kindly contact us via phone or WhatsApp at (65) 8066 3903 for towing services.
What should I do if I am involved in an accident?
- Get the plate numbers, NRIC/ FIN, phone numbers of all vehicles involved, and witnesses.
- Take photos.
- If this is likely your fault, we recommend you to do a Private Settlement directly with the 3rd party to save time and money on insurance excess.
- Call 999 to make a police report if there is an injury or online HERE.
- Send us your exact location through Whatsapp by using our Locator tool to tow the bike.
- Call Vroom Towing at (65) 8066 3903 for next steps for Accident Reporting/Claiming.
- Please do not panic. We are experienced with this situation.
In the event of an accident, the following charges are also payable upfront to Vroom Leasing:
- Insurance excess amount ($5,000)
- Payment to repair our vehicle
It will take around 3 to 12 months for the accident investigation. If the result is NOT your fault, you will get back all of the above amounts. You will NOT have to pay for insurance excess amount if you choose to settle the damages directly with 3rd party through Private Settlement (recommended).
How can I do Private Settlement with the third party?
If you think this is likely your fault, we recommend you to do a Private Settlement directly with the 3rd party to save money on insurance excess ($5,000). This is much faster and cheaper because you will not have to go through the normal insurance claim procedure, and there is no waiting time for police investigation.
Settle the damages directly with the 3rd party.
Fill this Private Settlement Form with them.
Send us a copy of the above signed form.
How do I report an accident and claim for insurance?
Please ignore this in case you choose to do Private Settlement.
Contact us directly at (65) 8066 3900.
If there was injury in the accident, file a traffic accident report at any police station or online HERE. IDAC will record accident facts, including vehicle photos/conditions.
Insurance companies representing both of you and the 3rd party will check the facts and negotiate for damage payment. This process normally takes 3-12 months.
In the meantime, Vroom Leasing will withhold the excess amount (S$5,000) at the accident time.
What is Insurance Excess?
Insurance Excess is the out-of-pocket amount you have to pay when our Insurer have to pay for the damages. Our insurance policy coverage is Third-Party Only, so in case of accident and it’s your fault, the Insurer will not pay for your rental motorbike repair.
For example, if your standard excess is $5,000 and the 3rd party damage claim is $8,000, that means you’ll have to pay $5,000, while our Insurer pays the remaining $3,000.
Please note that:
- You will not have to pay insurance excess if you choose to settle the damages directly with 3rd party (recommended).
- You still have to pay for our motorbike repair.
- If it turns out that it’s NOT your fault, you will get back all the money since the 3rd party’s Insurer has to cover everything.
Return & Post-Rental
When will my security deposit be refunded?
Your security deposit will be refunded to you after you return your rented motorcycle in original condition via PayNow.
Where and when do I need to return the motorcycle?
Kindly return the motorcycle to our showroom for the time booked at the end of your rental period.
Do I need to refuel the motorcycle before returning it?
Yes, kindly return the motorcycle with a full tank in its original condition prior to booking.
What happens if I return the motorcycle late?
At any point, if the Hirer wishes to extend the hire period, the Hirer is to inform VROOM immediately and to make advance payment for the extension period immediately, provided the hire extension is acceptable by VROOM. If the extension payment is not received at the end of the actual rental date, there will be a late payment fee of S$50 each day excluding rental. Failure to make payment before the due date will be counted as late.
What could cause a deduction from my security deposit?
Damage, late return, traffic violations, low fuel.
